is tracking how this system could impact us, bob? >>> we have seen the rain in the last 24 to 36 hours. it looks like another heavy bout of rain. that funnel system has stalled along the east coast. it is raining across florida and further south, we are watching a tropical system that can affect our region. there will be a tropical depression and where it is expected to go, we will let you know. >> it looks like it is making some strength before it makes not only one but two landfalls. one over south florida, one -- actually three, again in the carolinas. again, what we are looking at combined with the jetstream it will act as a funnel. ahead of the jetstream, the rain will pick up on thursday, a round of heavy rains and winds will pick up 30-to-40 miles per hour. a few inches of rain came from this storm system. it does leave quickly but it will leave its mark and we will have your full forecast coming up. >> remember, www.wjz.com is always on. >>> a health scare for former president jimmy carter. here is an update on his condition right now. >> reporter: the former president was on a
